By accessing or using UniPark services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
UniPark grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform for your parking management operations in accordance with these terms.
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
We target 99.9% uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
You retain ownership of all data you input into UniPark. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.
UniPark's liability is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach, non-payment, or violation of these terms.
